Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Growing Greens Courses. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Applies to
Website and course materials

Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date.

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by anyone who gains access through your credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at [email protected].

Payments

Paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card information on our servers.

Prices may be displayed in your local currency where available. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable tax rules.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be interrupted until the payment issue is resolved.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt availability. This includes probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities; bypassing security or access controls; or interfering with normal operation.

Respect intellectual property and other users. You may not use the service to infringe, harass, deceive, or distribute malicious content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or creates risk for the platform or other users.

Course Content

Course content is provided for your personal learning and non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access does not transfer ownership of the materials.

Redistribution, resale, public display, or sharing of course materials is prohibited unless explicitly allowed in writing. This includes copying videos, handouts, assessments, or text, and posting them elsewhere.

You may download or print materials only where the service provides that functionality, and only for personal use consistent with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

If you continue using the service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated terms.
